Q8 Baroni XGPH is a multipirpose, semi-synthetic, water soluble cutting fluid with synthetic lubricity enhancers designed for medium duty machining. Q8 T 760 15W-40

Q8 T 760 15W-40 is an ultra high performance diesel engine lubricant based on group II base oil technology. Q8Oils new soluble metalworking fluids: Q8 Baroni X Range have been through an extensive testing process in industry. These fluids have been formulated, trialled and tested: in a range of industrial machining tests ranging from milling aerospace specification alloys and steel to copper containing alloys and are now ready to launch into the UK market. The development of Q8 Baroni X Range has drawn on previous experience to ensure a portfolio of cutting fluids with some of the most powerful combination of advantages on the market. There are five new metal working fluids in the Q8 Baroni X Range: Q8 Baroni XMP is a multipurpose, semi-synthetic, water soluble cutting and grinding fluid formulated to provide high performance on difficult machining applications. Ideal for use in modern CNC machinery that requires a multifunctional metal working fluid. Q8 Baroni XMP is designed for turning, milling, boring, deep hole drilling and reaming applications; also recommended for grinding and creep feed grinding where oil content is desired. Primarily formulated to cater for difficult to machine materials such as titanium and ferrous alloys; this product is also suitable for aerospace aluminium, plastics and polymers. Q8 Baroni XSP is a multipurpose, semi-synthetic, water soluble cutting and grinding fluid formulated to provide high performance on difficult machining applications. Q8 Baroni XSP is designed for turning, milling, boring, deep hole drilling and reaming applications; also recommended for grinding and creep feed grinding where oil content is desired. Formulated for extremely arduous materials such as stainless steels, inconel, nimonics and also suitable for non ferrous alloys, copper alloys and aerospace aluminium including 7000 series, composite materials, carbon fibre and plastics. Q8 Baroni XAA is a high oil content water soluble cutting fluid designed for use in extremely hard water conditions. Lubricity is improved due to the inclusion of synthetic esters. The high oil content provides maximum long term protection of machine tools and components produced. Q8 Baroni XAA is designed for turning, milling, boring, deep hole drilling and reaming applications. Formulated for a wide range of materials and especially recommended for difficult aluminium alloys including sensitive aerospace grades; but also compatible with ferrous alloys, titanium, copper containing alloys, composites and oil resistant plastics. Q8 Baroni XLF is a medium oil content water soluble cutting fluid developed to lead the field in hazard label free product technology whilst maintaining the highest performance characteristics. This product is free from added Boron, Amides and other irritants. Performance is enhanced due to the inclusion of synthetic lubricity additives which enable the fluid to excel in heavy duty applications with difficult materials including: inconel, titanium, ferrous alloys and aluminum alloys. Q8 Baroni XLF is designed for turning, milling, boring, deep hole drilling and reaming applications; but also allows rationalisation as a general purpose grinding fluid. Q8 Baroni XCI is a range of semi synthetic, chlorine and sulphur free water soluble cutting fluids compatible for ferrous materials on modern machining & turning centres. Traditionally materials such as Cast Iron, Black Bar and Flame Cut Steel can spoil the appearance of cutting fluid and promote premature degradation. Q8 Baroni XCI had been developed to address the problem by maintaining fluid and machine cleanliness; costly drag out is also reduced over conventional cutting fluids.

Fuel Efficient Gear Oils - Q8 T 60 75W-80 and Q8 T 66 75W-110

After years of research, development and testing at the MIRA (Motor Industry Research Association) proving ground, Q8Oils now have the best available combination of transmission and axle lubricants on the market. Both products were scientifically tested under controlled conditions. All the tests were benchmarked with the OEM's original synthetic factory fill products. The controlled tests proved that Q8 T 60 and Q8 T 66 improved fuel economy by 6%. Q8 T 60 75W-80 is a high efficiency synthetic based automotive gear lubricant. For use in heavy duty drive line transmissions, requiring special high and low temperature fluidity. Q8 T60 may be used as a gear lubricant in manual transmissions when one or more of the following specifications are used to describe the required lubricant quality. API GL-4, ZF TE-ML 02D, MAN 341 Z-3, Volvo 97305-80, Eaton Europe (300,000 km drain) Q8 T 66 75W-110 is a high efficiency fuel economy gear lubricant. For use in heavy duty drive line components such as rear axles, final drives and selected manual transmissions, providing reduced fuel consumption. COPPROTECT H

Copprotect H is an oil free tenacious yellow metal protective coating specially developed for humid environments. It leaves a clear, light coloured film on the metal surface. The Copprotect H is a low viscosity synthetic liquid formulated using the highest quality water soluble additives and lubricity agents. The resulting formulation produces a stable solution in water with excellent solubility, wetting and copper protection characteristics. These types of mineral oil free formulations are less costly to dispose of and do not contain any harmful materials.

WIROL 2100

Wirol 2100 is a fully synthetic water-soluble drawing lubricant, which uses the latest organic and inorganic corrosion inhibitors to provide a synergistic effect for the protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metal. It provides high levels of cleanliness unachievable with similar products whilst lubrication is provided by utilising high molecular weight polymers supplemented by synthetic soaps. Wirol 2100 uses the latest technology which utilises inverse solubility to provide extreme pressure characteristics that together with its superior cleanliness is capable of achieving significant increases in die life. Trials have proved that Wirol 2100 can increase die life by up to 600% and can reduce the number of wire breaks by 300%. This unique technology is virtually non reactive to copper and its alloys thus can provide exceptional fluid life together with superior brightness on finished wire.
