Q8Oils' range of plant maintenance lubricants includes a comprehensive and unique range of top quality slide way lubricants, gear oils, hydraulic oils, turbine oils, compressor oils and greases.

Hydraulic Oils
High quality oils incorporating additives to prevent oxidation and foaming and provide anti wear, rust and corrosion protection. The range is recommended for all machine tool hydraulic systems particularly where superior anti wear, filterability, accuracy, consistency and cleanliness are of particular importance.

The Q8 Handel range is formulated to give the same protection and performance as Q8 Haydn oils but with an additional feature of a Viscosity Index Improver to give flexibility of operation in wide ranging temperatures.

The Holbein range of synthetic hydraulic oils are 95% biodegradable when subject to the 21 days test.

Turbine Oils
The expansion of the alternative energy sector has greatly influenced the development of energy-specific lubricants.

Gas engines and the harsh environments in which they operate present a significant technical challenge to lubricant designers. Q8Oils have developed a gas engine lubricant that overcomes the problems associated with the poor quality and impure fuels that power the engines.

Compressor Oils
High quality synthetic lubricants for air compressors, gears and hydraulic systems. Specially formulated to prevent oxidation, corrosion, foaming also providing anti-wear and extreme pressure performance. The Q8 Schumann range of oils give extended drain periods - up to eight times those for mineral oil based products. They provide outstanding low temperature stability and are compatible with (conventional) mineral oil based products.

Greases
The range includes Q8 Rembrandt and Q8 Rubens brands.

The Q8 Rembrandt range includes a multipurpose lithium soap based grease, which can be used for a wide variety of load applications from plain and antifriction bearings with medium loads to heavily loaded bearings, giving excellent anti wear protection.

The Q8 Rubens range includes a multi purpose, versatile lithium complex based grease providing excellent performance in heavily loaded plain and antifriction bearings. The Q8 Rubens range offers a wider temperature operating range and excellent resistance to water wash out.
